Return / Exchange Policy


Software Return Policy:

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days from the purchase date. The product must be returned with all manuals, license etc, and in the original condition it was sent. Digital Software Downloads are not refundable or returnable after the purchase. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions. Returns arriving without authorization will not be processed and returned to sender.

We do not accept returns that have been opened. If your item is defective we will replace it. We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee from purchase date so if you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. Software incompatibility does not constitute as a defective item so please thoroughly research products prior to completing the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to verify system compatibility, licensing requirements and product needs before purchasing software products so make sure your computer meets the system requirements described in every item and note the packaging details, included in the item description as well. For technical questions regarding a product, please contact the software publisher. If necessary, you may contact us and we can direct you to the manufacturer.

In the unfortunate event that we ship the wrong item or an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid label for its return at no cost to you. If the incorrect product has been opened, however, we cannot accept the return. In the event that the customer changes his or her mind and wants to return an unopened/unused item, return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Hardware Return Policy:

30 Days replacement for defective items with no additional cost to you. We accept returns only on unopened items in re-sellable condition within 30 days from the purchase date. There may be a 10% restocking fee on product returns. The product must be returned with all original contents. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions.

If we ship you the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we may rectify the situation.


Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment (i.e. credit card orders will be refunded via credit card and PayPal orders will be refunded via PayPal). We will credit your account within 3 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If the original payment method cannot accept a refund for whatever reason, please contact us and we will work together to find the best solution for all.
